Vici Business Solutions utilizes a flexible 7-step delivery model that gives clients the opportunity to hand select high-performance technical professionals and best practices while retaining complete managerial control of the process. The result is a highly efficient and cost-effective resolution.

 Vici's hands on approach and high level of expertise in drilling through a multitude of respondents enables the client to concentrate on their task at hand.

Time is money. Therefore Vici is enthusiastic in ensuring that the client save money by exhorting fewer hours on reviewing candidates. Unlike other companies who in their zest to fill a statement at any costs, at times burden project managers and Human Resource mangers with a slew of unqualified candidates, Vici conducts intensive in-house reviews of each respondent and only submit the most highly qualified candidates who meet the clients stringent list of requirements.

 - 7 Step Delivery Model -

1. Develop Detailed Statement of Work (SOW) - Defining the objective of the project or position; developing an in-depth description of the required skill sets; mapping a realistic timeframe and producing an accurate budget analysis report.

2. Candidate Sourcing - Vici will
conduct an extensive search for qualified candidates. by researching each candidates' prior work experience and training; existing skill sets; availability; and budget constraints. The Vici goal is to  qualify 3 candidates per SOW without any costly delays.

3. Presentation to Client -  Vici  will present  and review  candidate information with the client. All candidates are interviewed meticulously by Vici before they are presented to the client.

4. Interview - Vici will facilitate and organize telephone interviews; participate on the initial conference calls; and make any arrangements required for on-site interviews.

5. Feedback - At the conclusion of the interview process, Vici will confer with the client in indentifying the strengths and weaknesses of each individual candidate. The end result is either a restructuring of the SOW  or proceeding toward Acceptance.

6. Offer and Acceptance - Vici will assist the client in presenting an offer to desired candidate. Vici will be available to work with the client and candidate. If there is a breakdown, Vici re-establish the search process until a positive resolution is attained.

7. Delivery - Monthly and exit reviews upon completion will be conducted jointly by Vici Business Solutions and our client.
